Wedding Day Timeline Examples: 3 Complete Days for 2, 4 and 6 PM Ceremonies

Vendor arrivals, photo blocks and buffers already placed, without building the schedule from a blank page

  • 7 pages

The easiest way to build a wedding day timeline is to start from one that already works. This printable has three complete days to copy from.

Each sample day runs from hair and makeup to the last dance, with photo blocks marked, buffers built in and a vendor arrivals column. The 2:00 PM day has a first look and a lunch reception. The 4:00 PM day has no first look, so couple photos happen during cocktail hour. The 6:00 PM day has a first look and golden hour portraits during dinner. Each one lists what it assumes, like how many people are getting hair and makeup and how many hours the photographer is booked.

A start-here page explains the rules behind every day: how long common blocks take, hair and makeup time by people and artists, when golden hour falls and when each vendor usually arrives. A blank template is included for your own day.
