Before you write

Please don't send sensitive information. No card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or full vendor contracts with your address and payment details. We'll never ask for them, by email or anywhere else. If someone claiming to be Petal & Plan does, it isn't us.

We can't plan your wedding for you. We're a publication, not wedding planners, so we can't review your contracts, negotiate with vendors or give legal advice about marriage licenses. We can point you to posts that might help, and your question may turn into a future article.

Pick a subject line

Using one of these helps your email land with the right person faster.

  • "Correction": a wrong price, an outdated rule, a broken link or a timeline that doesn't add up. Tell us the page and what you spotted. Here's how we handle corrections.
  • "Templates": a download that didn't arrive (check spam and promotions first), a sheet that won't copy, or a question about a paid planner.
  • "Post idea": a planning question or a family situation you'd like us to cover.
  • "Privacy request": access to, correction of or deletion of your data, including your wedding month. See our privacy policy.
  • "Image request": you believe an image here belongs to you. See Images & Copyright.
  • "Partnership": brands and PR. Please read the note below first.

For brands and vendors

We don't sell links, take paid guest posts or publish paid reviews. You're welcome to send product or pricing information, but it doesn't guarantee coverage. We can't feature your couples' photos as "real weddings," because we don't publish photos of real couples. Any future sponsored content would be clearly labeled.
